Women Physicians Leadership Council Mission Statement
Increase gender equality for women physicians, who are affiliated with HonorHealth, by removing barriers and providing greater access to professional development and leadership opportunities.

Virtual Happy Hour

To celebrate Dr. Elizabeth Blackwell's Birthday and National Women Physicians Day, we will give cheers to the heroic steps toward gender equity with a short virtual happy hour and a video by Dr. Arghavan Salles.

A link to the virtual happy hour will be sent via email to all registrants prior to the event.

A physician and surgeon trying to make the world a better place
Dr. Salles is a national leader in diversity, inclusion, and equity, having earned a PhD studying these topics at Stanford University. Dr. Salles is also a surgeon and has extensive experience as a woman of color working in a male-dominated environment.
