Champions Plus Donor and Visitor Standards of Conduct

For the health, safety, and comfort of all our patients and staff, we ask that HonorHealth Foundation benefactors and their visitors adhere to the following guidelines listed below in the HonorHealth Foundation Standards of Conduct.

  • Please provide a minimum of one-business day notice of cancellation of physician appointments. 
  • Do not use disruptive language or engage in aggressive behavior in physician offices or any HonorHealth hospital and outpatient surgery centers.
  • Visitors, please observe all restrictions posted on a patient’s door.
  • Hospital visitors should comply with posted visiting hours and restrictions. 
  • When in the emergency department, please remember that all patients are treated in order of severity of their condition.
  • HonorHealth staff can only provide status updates to a patient’s designated representative. 
  • Please be respectful and courteous to all staff members and patients. 
  • Please follow posted guidelines for use of cell phones in clinical areas.
  • Possession and or use of street drugs and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in any HonorHealth facility.
  • All HonorHealth property is tobacco and vape free.

Our clinical staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to all our patients.  Please show them the respect they deserve as they carry out their duties. 

HonorHealth and HonorHealth Foundation reserve the right to restrict or rescind Champions Plus status for breaches of the Standards of Conduct. A change in Champions Plus status does not restrict your ability to seek healthcare from HonorHealth.
