Founded by Dr. Art Mollen in 1976 and now in its 47th running, the 3TV Phoenix 10K presented by HonorHealth Foundation is Arizona’s original road race, and Phoenix at its finest!

Registration is now open, so put on your running shoes and get ready for some road racing fun – visit the Phoenix 10K website to register or for more information.

There are four races – 10K, half-marathon, 5K, plus kid's Mollen Mile – 16 age groups, two divisions plus a contest, the Phoenix 10K has a place for runners of every age and level of experience.

“This event is a beloved Arizona tradition that promotes healthy habits and fitness for all in our community,” said Dr. Art Mollen, founder of the event, the longest-running 10K in Arizona. Dr. Mollen has been a long-time advocate for living well through healthy food choices and regular activity.

5K, 10K, half marathon, Mollen Mile

Age groups:
11 & under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

• Couples Division

Volunteer Opportunities

There are many opportunities to volunteer! Visit the Phoenix 10K website and register to volunteer!

Race Ambassador
Distribute racks cards and posters to businesses throughout the valley interested in promoting the race. This opportunity is available July-October. Dates and times are flexible.

Runner’s Race Bag Assembly
Join us to fill Runner’s Race Day bags with promotional materials. This opportunity will be available multiple dates/times throughout October.

Runner’s Den Early Packet Pick Up and In Person Registration
Distribute race packets and t-shirts at Runner’s Den.
Dates available: Thursday, November 3 - Saturday, November 5, 2022
2 - 4 hour shifts, from 9:45am - 6pm

Race day pack pick-up and registration
Join us at the registration booth for race day packet pick up.
2 - 4 hour shifts, from 6am - 11am (November 13).

Bag Check
Runner’s will receive have a perforated tag on their race bibs that volunteers will secure and seal bag for Runner’s to check in while they race.
2 - 4 hour shifts, from 6am - 11am (November 13).

Water Station
Distribute water and Gatorade to runner’s throughout the course on race day.
4-hour shifts, from 6am - 11am (November 13).

Medal Distribution
Distribute medals at the finish line for Half-Marathon, 10K, 5K and Mollen Mile.
Shifts available from 7:30am -11am (November 13).

 

 

 

Finish Line Water and Fruit Distribution
Hand out water and fruit to runners crossing the finish line.
Shifts available from 7:30am- 11:00am on November 13th.

Race Day Vendor Set Up
Direct vendors to designated areas in the Athlete’s Village on race day.
Shifts available 5:30am -7:30am on November 13th.
