Donate by Payroll Deduction — make a recurring or one-time gift through payroll deduction

Accessed through the UltiPro employee self-service portal, HonorHealth staff members can conveniently manage one-time and recurring donations through automatic payroll deduction. See step-by-step instructions, below.

How to enroll in a fund and manage your donations...

Step-by-step instructions:

 

Make a new donation

Log in to the UltiPro employee self-service portal.


Under Giving>>Campaigns, select the "View All" button (expands to show all Programs and Funds).


Select the Program or Fund for your donation. Learn more about the Programs and Funds.

 

Select an amount for your donation, donation date/start date, and frequency.
Click Submit to apply. Repeat for additional Programs or Funds.

 

Manage your existing donation(s) 

Log in to the UltiPro employee self-service portal.

Please note: Through the UltiPro employee self-service portal, donations to the same fund cannot be stopped and restarted during a calendar year. To restart a donation, please contact HR Shared Services at 480-587-5111, or through the Human Resources portal.

Under Giving>>Campaigns>>My donations>>Scheduled, select the Program or Fund you want to manage.


Select "Edit" to modify details of your donation.


Enter a new amount or click “Stop Donation,” and click “Submit” to apply. Repeat for additional Programs or Funds.
