The HonorHealth Women Physician Leadership Council is a key initiative to support women in medicine, who constitute more than 50 percent of the workforce. The COVID pandemic has shown the glaring disparities that women face in the workplace. I look forward to supporting this important work, especially early career women physicians and residents.
